MEDICAL (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) (NO. 5) ORDER 2018

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 12(2)

of the

Medical Act 1971 [Act 50], the Minister, after consulting the Council, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Medical (Amendment of Second Schedule)

(No. 5) Order 2018.

Amendment of the Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Medical Act 1971 is amended in relation to the country of “Russia”, by substituting for the item “I.M. Sechenov Moscow Medical

Academy or Moscow Medical Academy (MMA) (official name is State Educational

Establishment of Higher Vocational Training I.M Sechenov Moscow Medical Academy)”

and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
