In construing the sections specified in subparagraph (1), unless the context otherwise requires—
(a)
"Court" and "summons" have the same meaning assigned to them in section 2 of the Act save that the reference to "appropriate Criminal Procedure Code" is a reference to the Criminal Procedure Code of either Malaysia or Brunei Darussalam, as the case may be; and
(b)
"Magistrate" in relation to Malaysia includes a President of a Sessions Court.
