Section 4
of PERINTAH (PERUNTUKAN-PERUNTUKAN KHAS) SAMAN DAN WARAN (PERLUASAN KE BRUNEI DARUSSALAM) 1984
Seksyen 4
This Order shall apply to summonses and warrants under sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 8 of the Act as specified in subparagraph (1) of paragraph 2—
(1)
received in Malaysia from Brunei Darussalam after the date this Order comes into force notwithstanding that they were issued before the date this Order comes into force or relate to offences committed before the date this Order comes into force; and
(2)
received in Malaysia from Brunei Darussalam before the date this Order comes into force but which have not yet been served or executed.
