POISONS ACT 1952

POISONS (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Second Schedule)

Order 2019.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Poisons Act 1952 is amended by inserting after the item “media culture” the item “medical device as defined under section 2 of the Medical Device Act 2012 [Act 737]”.
