Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30(2) of the Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Third Schedule) Order 2018. Amendment of Third Schedule 2. The Third Schedule to the Poisons Act 1952 is amended in paragraph 1, by inserting after the item “Mitragynine” the following item: “Modafinil”.
