POISONS ACT 1952

POISONS (AMENDMENT OF THIRD SCHEDULE) ORDER 2019

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 30(2)

of the

Poisons Act 1952 [Act 366], the Minister, after consultation with the Poisons Board, makes the following order:

Citation 1.

This order may be cited as the Poisons (Amendment of Third Schedule)

Order 2019.

Amendment of Third Schedule 2.

The Third Schedule to the Poisons Act 1952 is amended in paragraph 1 by substituting for the item “Diazepam and other substances structurally derivated from 1,4-benzodiazepine except flumazenil, flunitrazepam, nimetazepam and pirenzepine” the following item:

“Diazepam and other substances structurally derivated from 1,4-benzodiazepine except flumazenil and pirenzepine”.
