dengan memasukkan selepas butiran (h) dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 20 of the Malaysian Timber Industry Board (Incorporation) Act 1973 [Act 105], the Minister after consulting the Minister of Finance and the Board, makes the following order: Citation and commencement

This Order shall come into operation in Peninsular Malaysia on 6 August 2019.
Amendment of Schedule
Seksyen 2
The Schedule to the Timber Cess Order 2000 [P.U. (A) 56/2000] is amended—
(a)
by inserting after the item “(h)” and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

“(hh) Veneer of oil palm trunk for all thickness
RM5.00
per cubic metre or part thereof ”;
(b)
in item (i), by sustituting for the words “Veneer (2 mm thick and less)”
appearing under column (1) the words “Veneer other than of oil palm trunk
(2 mm thick and less)”; and
(c)
in item (j), by substituting for the words “Veneer (more than 2 mm thick)”
appearing under column (1) the words “Veneer other than of oil palm trunk
(exceeding 2 mm thick)”.
