PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 1 (3) Akta Sewa-Beli 1967, Menteri membuat perintah yang berikut: Akta "9. Video tapes/cassette recorders; Diperbuat pada 14hb Mac 1983. Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 1 (3) of the Hire Purchase Act 1967, the Minister makes the following order:

Seksyen 1

This Order may be cited as the Hire Purchase (Amendment of First Schedule) Order 1983 and shall come into force on the 1st May 1983.

Seksyen 2

The First Schedule to the Hire Purchase Act 1967 is amended—

(a)

by substituting the words "other than" in paragrapah 1 (e) the word "including";

(b)

by deleting the word "and" appearing after the word "purposes" in paragraph 7;

(c)

by substituting a semicolon for fullstop in paragraph 8; and inserting the following:

"9. Video tapes/cassette recorders;

Seksyen 10

Type-writers;

Seksyen 11

Organs and pianos;

Seksyen 12

Photostat machines/copiers;

Seksyen 13

Hi-fi system.".
