  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 89 of the Interest Schemes Act 2016 [Act 778], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the Interest Schemes (Amendment of Second

Schedule) Order 2018.

This Order comes into operation on 31 January 2018.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

Part I of the Second Schedule to the Act is amended in subparagraph 35(a)

by substituting for the words “six months” the words “the period as determined by the Registrar”.
