(a)
dalam perenggan 6, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan "Akta Perindustrian Sekuriti 1983" perkataan "atau mana-mana bursa lain di luar Malaysia yang diiktiraf di bawah kaedah-kaedah suatu bursa yang diluluskan oleh Menteri menurut subseksyen 8(2) Akta Perindustrian Sekuriti 1983";
(b)
dalam perenggan 12, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan "yang dibuat kepada pemegang sedia ada bagi sekuriti itu" perkataan "atau yang dibuat kepada seseorang yang termasuk dalam perenggan 9, 10 atau 11 Jadual 2"; dan
(c)
dengan memasukkan selepas perenggan 15 perenggan yang berikut: "16. Semua dagangan debentur dan sekuriti Islam dalam denominasi matawang asing yang dilaksanakan sebagaimana yang ditentukan oleh Suruhanjaya.".

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers prescribed by subsection 32A(4) of the Securities Commission Act 1993 [Act 498], the Minister makes the following order: Citation
Seksyen 1
This order may be cited as the Securities Commission (Amendment of Schedule 1) Order 2005.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of Schedule 1
(a)
in paragraph 6, by inserting after the words "Securities Industry Act 1983" the words "or such other exchange outside Malaysia which is recognized under the rules of an exchange approved by the Minister pursuant to subsection 8(2) of the Securities Industry Act 1983";
(b)
in paragraph 12, by inserting after the words "made to existing holders of those securities" the words "or made to a person falling within paragraph 9, 10 or 11 of Schedule 2"; and
(c)
by inserting after paragraph 15 the following paragraph:
"16. All trades in foreign currency denominated debentures and Islamic securities effected as may be specified by the Commission."
