Preamble
- Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 72(1) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Majlis Bandaraya Ipoh dengan ini menetapkan bahawa Perhentian Bas di Silveritage Galleria, Medan Gopeng, yang terletak di atas tanah P.T. 153533 dalam Rizab Melayu Sungai Rapat, Mukim Hulu Kinta, Daerah Kinta, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan sebagai Tempat Perhentian bagi Kenderaan-kenderaan Perkhidmatan Awam (Perkhidmatan Bas dan Teksi) mulai 28 Julai 2004. Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 72(1) of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], Ipoh City Council hereby declares that the bus station at Silveritage Galleria, Medan Gopeng, situated on P.T. 153533 in Sungai Rapat Malay Reserve, Mukim Hulu Kinta, District of Kinta, Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan as the Station For Public Services Vehicles (Bus and Taxi Services) with effect from the 28 of July 2004.
