- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation and commencement 1.

This order may be cited as the
Renewable

(Amendment of Schedule) Order 2019.
(2)
This Order comes into operation on 28 January 2019.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in relation to the renewable resource “Biogas”, by substituting for item (a) and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
