  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 63 of the Renewable Energy Act 2011 [Act 725], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Renewable Energy (Amendment of Schedule) (No. 2) Order 2019. Amendment of Schedule 2. The Schedule to the Renewable Energy Act 2011 is amended in relation to the renewable resource “Biomass”, in relation to subitem (b)(iv), in the Third Column, by substituting for the words “+ 0.0982” the word “0”.
