PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 35 (1) Akta Timbang dan Sukat 1972, Menteri membuat Perintah yang Akta 71. berikut:

Seksyen 2

Perintah ini bolehlah dinamakan Perintah Timbang dan Sukat Nama. (Pemansuhan Undang-undang) 1981.

Seksyen 3

Undang-undang yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual Keempat Akta Timbang dan Sukat 1972 dan semua perundangan kecil yang dibuat di bawahnya hendaklah dimansuhkan pada 1hb Oktober 1981.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 35 (1) of the Weights and Measures Act 1972, the Minister makes the Act 71. following Order:

Seksyen 2

This Order may be cited as the Weights and Measures (Repeal Citation. of Laws) Order 1981.

Seksyen 3

The laws specified in the Fourth Schedule of the Weights and Measures Act 1972 and all subsidiary legislations made thereunder shall be repealed on the 1st October 1981.
