MINIMUM RETIREMENT AGE ACT 2012
MINIMUM RETIREMENT AGE (EXEMPTION) ORDER 2018
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18
of the
Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order:
Citation 1.
This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption)
Order 2018.
Exemption 2.
The Minister exempts Pembinaan BLT Sdn. Bhd. with the registration number 704498-D from all provisions of the Act in respect of the persons named in the
Schedule who are employed on a fixed term contract of service, inclusive of any extension, of more than sixty months for the position as Senior General Manager.
