IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 18 of the Minimum Retirement Age Act 2012 [Act 753], the Minister makes the following order: Citation 1. This order may be cited as the Minimum Retirement Age (Exemption) Order 2019. P.U. (A) 113 3 Exemption 2. The Minister exempts Prokhas Sdn. Bhd. with the registration number 471243-M from all provisions of the Act in respect of the persons named in column (1) of the Schedule who are employed on a fixed term contract of service, inclusive of any extension, of more than sixty months for the positions as specified in column (2).
