PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 29A
Akta Lembaga Pelabuhan 1963 [Akta 488], Lembaga Pelabuhan Johor mengisytiharkan kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam
Jadual menjadi daerah pemaliman bagi
Pelabuhan Tanjung Pelepas.

PORT AUTHORITIES ACT 1963
DECLARATION OF PILOTAGE DISTRICT OF TANJUNG PELEPAS PORT
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 29A of the Port Authorities Act 1963
[Act 488], the Johor Port Authority declares the area specified in the Schedule to be the pilotage district for Tanjung Pelepas Port.
