- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 3 Akta Penjara 1995 [Akta 537], Menteri mengisytiharkan semua bangunan dan kawasan yang terletak di atas Lot 113051700, 113044858 dan 113024481, Daerah Lahad Datu, Sabah sebagai suatu penjara yang dinamakan sebagai “Penjara Lahad Datu, Sabah” bagi maksud Akta bagi pemenjaraan atau penahanan orang dalam jagaan sah mulai 1 Oktober 2023. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 3 of the Prison Act 1995 [Act 537], the Minister declares all buildings and area situated on Lot 113051700, 113044858 and 113024481, District of Lahad Datu, Sabah to be a prison to be named as “Lahad Datu Prison, Sabah” for the purposes of the Act for the imprisonment or detention of persons lawfully in custody with effect from 1 October 2023.
