- MENURUT seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi kerajaan tempatan, setelah berunding dengan Kerajaan Negeri Johor dan Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi kerja raya, mengisytiharkan Majlis Perbandaran Pengerang sebagai pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan berhubung dengan mana-mana jalan yang terletak dalam kawasan pihak berkuasa tempatan itu mulai tarikh Perisytiharan ini disiarkan dalam Warta. Preamble
- PURSUANT to section 67 of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister charged with the responsibility for local government, after consultation with the State Government of Johore and the Minister charged with the responsibility for works, declares the Pengerang Municipal Council as the appropriate authority in relation to any road situated within the areas of the local authority from the date of publication of this Declaration in the Gazette.
