PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 7 Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984 [Akta 313] dibaca bersama Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Ubah Suaian Akta Perhutanan Negara 1984) 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], Menteri mengisytiharkan tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagai hutan simpanan kekal yang menjadi sebahagian daripada Hutan Simpan Kina Benuwa mulai tarikh Perisytiharan ini disiarkan dalam Warta.

NATIONAL FORESTRY ACT 1984

DECLARATION OF PERMANENT RESERVED FOREST

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 7 of the National Forestry Act 1984

[Act 313] read together with the Federal Territory of Labuan (Modification of

National Forestry Act 1984) Order 2017 [P.U. (A) 451/2017], the Minister declares the land specified in the Schedule as a permanent reserved forest being part of the Kina Benuwa Forest Reserve from the date of publication of this Declaration in the Gazette.
