- MENURUT takrif “jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan” di bawah seksyen 67 Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri, setelah berunding dengan Dato Bandar Kuala Lumpur, mengisytiharkan bahagian jalan yang dikenali sebagai Lebuh Raya Bertingkat Sungai Besi–Ulu Kelang yang bermula dari laluan utama di kilometer 0.000 di koordinat U -68308.891, T 20957.479, Geosentrik Datum Malaysia (GDM 2000) dan berakhir di kilometer 7.128 di koordinat U -66766.516, T 26937.495, GDM 2000 termasuklah Persimpangan Bertingkat Sri Petaling, Persimpangan Bertingkat Sungai Besi, Plaza Tol Alam Damai dan jalan-jalan sambungannya, iaitu suatu jarak sepanjang 7.128 kilometer, sebagai jalan Wilayah Persekutuan yang ditetapkan berkuat kuasa mulai 15 Jun 2023.

DECLARATION OF THE SUNGAI BESI-ULU KELANG ELEVATED EXPRESSWAY
AS A DESIGNATED FEDERAL TERRITORY ROAD
PURSUANT to the definition of “designated Federal Territory road” under section 67
of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333], the Minister, after consultation with the Dato Bandar of Kuala Lumpur, declares that part of the road known as the Sungai Besi-Ulu Kelang Elevated Expressway commencing from main line at kilometre 0.000 at coordinates N -68308.891, E 20957.479, Geocentric Datum of Malaysia (GDM 2000) and ending at kilometre 7.128 at coordinates N -66766.516,
E 26937.495, GDM 2000 including the Sri Petaling Interchange, Sungai Besi Interchange,
Alam Damai Toll Plaza and its link roads, being a distance of 7.128 kilometres, as a designated Federal Territory road with effect from 15 June 2023.
