- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh kaedah 2 Kaedah-Kaedah Mahkamah Kehakiman (Mahkamah Rayuan) (Rehat) 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan mengisytiharkan bahawa permulaan dan tempoh rehat Mahkamah Rayuan bagi tahun kalendar 2024 adalah—

- IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature (Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2024 shall be—

from Monday, 16 December 2024 to Tuesday, 31 December 2024.
