PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh kaedah 2
Kaedah-Kaedah
Mahkamah Kehakiman (Mahkamah Rayuan) (Rehat) 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994],
Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan mengisytiharkan bahawa permulaan dan tempoh rehat
Mahkamah Rayuan bagi tahun kalendar 2025 adalah—
dari Isnin, 2 Jun 2025 hingga Jumaat, 13 Jun 2025; dan
dari Isnin, 15 Disember 2025 hingga Rabu, 31 Disember 2025.

DECLARATION OF COMMENCEMENT AND DURATION OF VACATIONS
OF THE COURT OF APPEAL
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature
(Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2025 shall be—
from Monday, 2 June 2025 to Friday, 13 June 2025; and
from Monday, 15 December 2025 to Wednesday, 31 December 2025.
