PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh kaedah 2

Kaedah-Kaedah

Mahkamah Kehakiman (Mahkamah Rayuan) (Rehat) 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994],

Presiden Mahkamah Rayuan mengisytiharkan bahawa permulaan dan tempoh rehat

Mahkamah Rayuan bagi tahun kalendar 2027 adalah—

dari Selasa, 1 Jun 2027 hingga Jumaat, 11 Jun 2027; dan

dari Isnin, 20 Disember 2027 hingga Jumaat, 31 Disember 2027.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by rule 2 of the Courts of Judicature

(Court of Appeal) (Vacations) Rules 1994 [P.U. (A) 539/1994], the President of the Court of Appeal declares that the commencement and duration of vacations of the Court of Appeal for the calendar year 2027 shall be—

from Tuesday, 1 June 2027 to Friday, 11 June 2027; and

from Monday, 20 December 2027 to Friday, 31 December 2027.
