Opening note

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965] sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], yang diberikan kepada Kerajaan Persekutuan dan yang diwakilkan kepadanya melalui Pemberitahuan yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 108/2003 pada 3 Mac 2003, Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur telah merizabkan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam, iaitu, suatu tapak untuk kawasan lapang dan telah menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan dan Kesejahteraan Bandar hendaklah mempunyai kawalan terhadap tanah rizab itu.

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)

Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 108/2003 on 3 March 2003, the Land

Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for open area and has designated that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories and Urban

Wellbeing shall have control of the reserved land.
