RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code
[Act 56/1965] as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)
Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], conferred upon the Government of the Federation and delegated to it by Notification published in P.U. (B) 108/2003 on 3 March 2003, the Land
Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur has reserved the land described in the Schedule for a public purpose, to wit, a site for green area, recreation and open area and has designated that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal
Territories and Urban Wellbeing shall have control of the reserved land.
