PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1)

Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui

Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974

[P.U.

(A)

56/1974]

dan diwakilkan oleh

Kerajaan

Persekutuan melalui

Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kolam takungan banjir

(Kolam Nanyang); dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the

National

Land

Code

[Act 828], as modified by the

Federal

Territory

(Modification of National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a flood impounding reservoir (Nanyang Pond); and

(b)

designates that the

Director

General of the

Department of the Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
