(Modification of National Land Code), Order 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the

Government of the

Federation by the

Delegation of

Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for house of worship of non-Muslim; and

(b)

designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
