Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk tapak penjaja; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Pengarah Jabatan Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).
