PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1)

Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui

Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974

[P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah

Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk masjid; dan

menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Jabatan Agama Islam Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

of the National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for mosque; and

(b)

designates that the Director of the Federal Territory Islamic Religious

Department shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
