and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 360/2002], the Land Executive Committee of the

Federal Territory of Putrajaya—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for an open area; and

(b)

designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
