Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, pada menjalankan kuasa di bawah subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 56/1965], yang diwakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur melalui pemberitahuan dalam Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] oleh
Kerajaan Persekutuan yang kepadanya diberikan kuasa di bawah Kanun Tanah Negara oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 1974

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Kementerian Wilayah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab itu.

NATIONAL LAND CODE
RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
The Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, in exercise of the powers under subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code [Act 56/1965], delegated to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur by notification in the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003] by the
Government of the Federation upon whom the powers under the National Land Code had been conferred by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code) Order 1974
[P.U. (A) 56/1974]—
(a)
reserves the land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for trench and green area; and
(b)
designates that the Secretary General of the Ministry of Federal Territories shall have control of the reserved land.
