(A) 213/2001] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)

of the

National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya

(Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 360/2002], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for Taman Kejiranan; and

(b)

designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
