PERIZABAN TANAH BAGI MAKSUD AWAM

Preamble

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1)

Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui

Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974

(A)

56/1974]

dan diwakilkan oleh

Kerajaan

Persekutuan melalui

Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk dewan serbaguna awam; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Ketua Setiausaha Negara hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for public multipurpose hall; and

(b)

designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
