Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah

Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur—

(a)

merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk kuil; dan

(b)

menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan

Kuala Lumpur hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

designates that the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
