NATIONAL LAND CODE
RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1) of the National Land Code
[Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)
Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the
Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—
(a)
reserves the Federal Land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a green area; and
(b)
designates that the Chief Secretary to the Government shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
