(A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13
(a)
merizabkan Tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk stesen pam; dan
(b)
menetapkan bahawa
Pesuruhjaya Tanah
Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

reserves the Federal Land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for pump station; and
(b)
designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
