- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya (Ubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U.
(a)
merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk surau; dan
(b)
menetapkan bahawa Pesuruhjaya Tanah Persekutuan hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

NATIONAL LAND CODE
RESERVATION OF LAND FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 62(1)
of the
National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya
(Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13
[P.U. (B) 360/2002], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya—
(a)
reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for the public purpose of a site for a small mosque; and
(b)
designates that the Federal Lands Commissioner shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
