- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 62(1) Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] dan diwakilkan oleh Kerajaan Persekutuan melalui Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13
(a)
merizabkan tanah Persekutuan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual bagi maksud awam bagi suatu tapak untuk surau; dan
(b)
menetapkan bahawa Pengarah Tanah dan Galian Wilayah Persekutuan
Kuala Lumpur hendaklah mempunyai kawalan ke atas tanah rizab dalam perenggan (a).

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under

Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur—
(a)
reserves the Federal land described in the Schedule for a public purpose of a site for a surau; and
(b)
designates that the Director of Lands and Mines of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur shall have control of the reserved land in paragraph (a).
