PERWAKILAN KUASA DI BAWAH SEKSYEN 13

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Kanun Tanah Negara

[Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan

(Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], Kerajaan Persekutuan mewakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, kuasa untuk menjalankan dan melaksanakan kuasa dan kewajipan yang diberikan dan dipertanggungkan ke atas Kerajaan Persekutuan oleh atau di bawah seksyen 90A dan 143A Kanun Tanah Negara mulai 26 November 2021.

NATIONAL LAND CODE

DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 13

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the National Land Code

[Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory (Modification of National Land Code)

Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974], the Government of the Federation delegates to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory Kuala Lumpur, the exercise and performance of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Government of the Federation by or under sections 90A and 143A of the National Land Code with effect from 26 November 2021.
