Wilayah Persekutuan Putrajaya, untuk menjalankan dan melaksanakan kuasa dan kewajipan yang diberikan dan dipertanggungkan ke atas Kerajaan Persekutuan oleh atau di bawah seksyen 90A dan 143A Kanun Tanah Negara mulai 26 November 2021.

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Putrajaya (Modification of National Land Code) Order 2001 [P.U. (A) 213/2001], the Government of the Federation delegates to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Putrajaya, the exercise and performance of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Government of the Federation by or under sections 90A and 143A of the National Land Code with effect from 26 November 2021.
