Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 13 Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubahsuaikan oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Kanun Tanah Negara) 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], Kerajaan Persekutuan mewakilkan kepada Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan, kuasa untuk menjalankan dan melaksanakan kuasa dan kewajipan yang diberikan dan dipertanggungkan ke atas Kerajaan Persekutuan oleh atau di bawah seksyen 90A Kanun Tanah Negara mulai 26 November 2021. Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 13 of the National Land Code [Act 828], as modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of National Land Code) Order 2009 [P.U. (A) 454/2009], the Government of the Federation delegates to the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Labuan, the exercise and performance of the powers and duties conferred and imposed on the Government of the Federation by or under section 90A of the National Land Code with effect from 26 November 2021.
