- Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Enakmen Mentri Besar Perak (Pemerbadanan) 1951, [Enakmen Bil. 2 tahun 1951], Menteri Besar Perak mewakilkan perjalanan kuasa atau kewajipan di bawah subseksyen 5(b) Enakmen Mentri Besar, Perak (Pemerbadanan) 1951 dengan melantik Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Perbadanan Menteri Besar Perak untuk menyempurnakan: menandatangani apa-apa surat ikatan, dokumen dan lain-lain suratcara bagi maksud seksyen 5 Enakmen Mentri Besar, Perak (Pemerbadanan) 1951, bagi pihak Perbadanan Menteri Besar Perak dan urusan yang berkaitan berkuat kuasa 1 Januari 2012. - In exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Mentri Besar (Incorporation) Enactment 1951, [Enactment No. 2 of 1951], the Menteri Besar Perak hereby delegates the exercise of the performance of any power or duty under subsection 5(b) Mentri Besar, Perak (Incorporation) Enactment 1951 by designated the Chief Executive Officer of the Menteri Besar Perak Incorporated to execute: to sign any deed, document and other instrument for the purpose of section 5 Mentri Besar, Perak (Incorporation) Enactment 1951, on behalf of the Menteri Besar Perak Incorporated and other related business effective from 1 January 2012.
