PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 5 Akta Perwakilan Kuasa 1956 [Akta 358], Menteri Pendidikan mewakilkan kuasanya di bawah seksyen 28 dan 31 Akta Pendidikan 1996 [Akta 550] bagi kelulusan yang berhubungan dengan kerja ubah suai atau kerja naik taraf sekolah dan pembinaan baharu surau sekolah bagi sekolah kerajaan dan sekolah bantuan kerajaan yang menggunakan peruntukan Projek Mesra Rakyat Tahun 2023 kepada pegawai yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual bagi negeri yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (2) berkuat kuasa mulai 29 November 2023 hingga 31 Disember 2023.

Seksyen 2

Penjalanan kuasa yang disebut dalam perenggan di atas hendaklah tertakluk kepada apa-apa arahan bertulis yang boleh dikeluarkan oleh Menteri Pendidikan dari semasa ke semasa.

DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 5

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956

[Act 358], the Minister of Education delegates his powers under sections 28 and 31 of the Education Act 1996 [Act 550] for approval relating to the modification work or upgrading work of school and new construction of school prayer hall for government schools and government-aided schools using the Projek Mesra Rakyat Year 2023

allocation to the officers specified in column (1) of the Schedule for the states specified in column (2) with effect from 29 November 2023 to 31 December 2023.

The exercise of power as referred to in the paragraph above shall be subject to any written directions which may be issued by the Minister of Education from time to time.
