- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 6 of the National Forestry Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 [Act 313], the State Authority hereby delegates the exercise or performance of any power or duty under section 21 of the National Forestry Act 1984 (Adoption) Enactment 1985 to the Perak State Director of Forestry to issuance of license to take forest produce on behalf of the State Authority with effect from 17 March 2011.
