OF THE ROAD TRANSPORT ACT 1987
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 of the Delegation of Powers Act 1956
[Act 358], the Minister delegates his powers under sections 77 and 84
of the Road Transport Act 1987 [Act 333] in respect of a Federal road to the officer specified in column (1) of the Schedule for the areas specified in column (2).
