EXCISE ACT 1976
DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SECTION 86
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 86 of the Excise Act 1976 [Act 176], the Minister delegates his power under subsections 32(3) and 33(3) of the Act to the officer and states specified in the Schedule in relation to the authorization for sale of intoxicating liquor with effect from 1 January 2022.

The exercise of power as referred to in the paragraph above shall be subject to any written directions which may be issued by the Minister from time to time.
