PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 9(2) Akta Perbadanan Labuan 2001 [Akta 609], Perbadanan dengan kelulusan Menteri, mewakilkan kepada Pengerusi kuasa di bawah perenggan 4(2)(j) Akta untuk melupuskan aset modal berdasarkan klasifikasi aset alih bagi nilai perolehan berjumlah RM1 juta dan ke bawah dan aset tak alih bernilai RM10 juta dan ke bawah.

Pelupusan aset modal oleh Pengerusi hendaklah dijalankan mengikut prosedur yang dikuatkuasakan oleh Perbadanan dari semasa ke semasa.

DELEGATION OF POWERS UNDER SUBSECTION 9(2)

Opening note

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(2) of the Perbadanan Labuan Act 2001 [Act 609], the Perbadanan with the approval of the Minister, delegates to the Chairman the power under paragraph 4(2)(j) of the Act to dispose of the capital asset according to the classification of movable asset for procurement value of RM1 million and below and immovable asset for value of RM10 million and below.

Disposal of capital asset by the Chairman shall be carried out in accordance with the procedure enforced by the Perbadanan from time to time.
