Section 3
(1)
The Director of Veterinary Services, or any other person authorised by him in writing, may reduce or exempt the fees as prescribed in the Schedule.
(2)
Exemption may be granted in the following cases:
(a)
Rabies investigation.
(b)
Dogs belonging to any unit of the Royal Malaysian Police, the Customs
Department or any units of the Armed Forces or any unit of the
Government Security Organisation.
(c)
Research investigation approved by the Department of Veterinary
Services.
(d)
Zoo and aquarium animals.
