PURSUANT to the provisions of section 127 (2) of the Income Tax Act 1967, the Dewan Rakyat at its sitting on 31st March 1977, resolved that Part II of Schedule 6 to the Income Tax Act 1967 be amended by—

deleting therefrom the following item— "7. Post Office Savings Bank"; and

adding thereto the following item 76 Bank Simpanan Nasional", and that the amendment shall be deemed to have effect from the 1st December 1974.
